GENERAL INFORMATION
What is a perfume decant? A decant is a small portion of a 100% authentic fragrance transferred from a larger original bottle into a smaller, high-quality atomizer. It’s the best way to discover luxury scents without paying for a full-sized bottle.
Where do your fragrances come from? All our fragrances are sourced through established retail and authorized distribution channels. We guarantee that every decant contains 100% original juice.
Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands? No. Scent Bloom is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brands or manufacturers. We independently rebottle authentic fragrances for sampling purposes.
What sizes do you offer? We offer several convenient sizes for your discovery:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship? Currently, we ship orders within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping starts at $8. Final costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. No hidden fees.
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order? We use USPS (or equivalent domestic carriers). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What are the estimated delivery times? Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.
RETURNS & PROBLEMS
Do you accept returns? Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, all decants and samples are final sale. We do not accept returns based on scent preference or "change of mind."
What if my package is damaged or lost? If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us at support@scentbloom.co with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, we recommend contacting the carrier (USPS) first, but we are always here to assist.
Customer Responsibility Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Scent Bloom is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
